Our Mission
"To give anyone affected by Sexual Violence,
Domestic Violence, or Suicide
a place to express themselves and heal."
I started writing in a journal when I was young, this helped me find peace in my day to day life while dealing with the aftermath of sexual assault and domestic violence. I struggled with the emotions of my assault and had a difficult time expressing myself verbally. Journaling allowed me to open myself up to the healing process, even though it was only to myself written in the pages of my journal. I want to help as many people as possible affected by sexual and domestic violence, I have donated many journals to different crisis centers and I have come to realize so many don't seek help in this method. This realization open my eyes to where I needed to expand my foundation not only to crisis centers and police domestic violence units but to anyone who needed a place to express themselves and heal. These journals are for survivors, family members, friends, and anyone in emergency services-police, fire, ems, hospital, and crisis center staff. When you request a journal all the information provided is 100% confidential. Once the request is received the journal will be mailed out within 5 business days. When you need another journal please request another. If you know someone who could benefit from a journal, please request one for them by putting in your info and we will send the journal to you to give to them. ~ Talie Marie "Please let us know if you would like a child's journal (boy/girl) included in your request." |
Due to the COVID-19 outbreak the Talie Marie Foundation will be suspending all international shipments of journals and will only ship once monthly all domestic requests. Sorry for any inconvenience, please stay safe and healthy!
